How to apply for Membership

Please email us your biography of approximately 500 words with a brief description covering the following: 

• how you became involved in patient advocacy 
• description of any scientific education you have undertaken 
• other organisations of which you are member 
• why you want to join ICPV. 
• how you can contribute to ICPV. (Please let us know whether you work full time, part time or are not working and how much time during the year you think you can devote to ICPV activities) 
• what support and advocate development you hope to receive from ICPV 
• confirmation that you agree to ICPV’s confidentiality requirements.
